• Dependable income streams (service/maintenance contracts or long term relationships)
• Scarcity value (geography, brand name, patents, bespoke products etc.)

Negatives:
• Serious litigation
• Legislation or industry changes that could impact negatively on the business
• Debt - serious, significant debt that can't be restructured
