Job description:

To assist in the day to day activities in the office as well as taking on responsibilities when working on sets of accounts and Tax Returns.

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Working out of the office visiting clients
• Working on Tax Returns
• Payroll
• Spread sheet analysis work
• Accounts preparation
• VAT Returns
• General office administrative duties

Person Specification

Education

Applicants are required to be studying either Accounting & Finance or a Business Studies degree course (or similar).

Skills & Abilities

Applicants are required to be able to;

• prepare clear and coherent reports & documentation
• have a high level of communication skills
• be able to demonstrate a mature & professional approach to work
• be computer literate in excel, word & powerpoint
• skilled in the use of spreadsheets with an aptitude to learn new applications software quickly
• pay attention to important details in their work
